Barbara LaMark - Mrs. LaMark is the President of STS. Mrs. LaMark’s has a deep knowledge and understanding of all business-related activities ranging from strategic planning to day-to-day operational support. Understanding the need for cyber-security COTS solutions, Mrs. LaMark founded Squadra Technologies in 2011. In 2016, she co-founded STS, to bring innovative technology and talent to service government contracts in the information technology space. Mrs. LaMark’s vision and passion for producing cutting edge technology and services ensures client satisfaction.
Angela Furgal - Mrs. Furgal is the Director of Business Development. Mrs. Furgal’s background includes working in the financial and real estate sectors. Mrs. Furgal has a BS in Economics from Northern Arizona University. She provides acquisition support, resource planning, and human resource management for STS.
Clarence Nakamaru - Mr. Nakamaru is the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) for STS. Mr. Nakamaru’s wide breadth of knowledge comes from his 25+ years of experience in program management, technical management, business development and proposal activities. He has led organizations and teams from 10 to 150+ personnel in the successful capture and execution of large software systems development programs from inception to final delivery. His technical expertise combined with his project management skills ensures that client requisites are successfully delivered. Mr. Nakamaru is known for his ability to turn troubled programs into successful programs. Mr. Nakamaru’s extensive government contracting resume includes positions as Engineering Technical Director at BAE and Technical Director and Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences- Operations Research from Oregon State University.
Kevin Furgal, Esq. - Mr. Furgal is the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and general legal counsel for STS. His extensive legal and business development experience ensures that STS fulfills client requisites while at the same time adhering to the ever changing legal environment. His client centric approach has been refined through his 10+ years of sales experience. Mr. Furgal’s business development experience includes bringing Squadra Technologies, LLC flagship security software solution, security Removable Media Manager (“secRMM”) to market. He developed key strategic alliances and partnerships allowing secRMM to be implemented on over 100,000 endpoints. Mr. Furgal has extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (“FAR”) and DCAA accounting principles. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a certificate in Human Resource Management from Northern Arizona University. In addition, Mr. Furgal holds a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
Anthony LaMark - Mr. LaMark is the Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) for STS. He specializes in the development of computer software solutions. Mr. LaMark has over 25 years’ experience working on software development projects including positions in management, development/architecture, testing, support and sales. Software products developed by Mr. LaMark include agentless monitoring solutions for non-Windows operating systems and devices from the Windows platform as well as various security solutions. Mr. LaMark co-founded eXc Software, which was subsequently acquired by Quest Software in 2007. In 2011, he co-founded Squadra Technolgies, LLC, with the mission of developing COTS security software solutions that adhere to the strict demands of the United States Department of Defense. Mr. LaMark began his technology career in the United States Air Force. He holds a Master’s of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University at Long Beach and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Squadra Technologies, LLC (Squadra) delivers Data Loss Prevention (DLP) COTS solutions with a focus on controlling and auditing internal organizational data/file transfers. Squadra’s flagship solution, Security Removable Media Manager (secRMM), monitors and controls files being copied to any removable “plug-and-play” storage device.
Squadra’s solutions were originally developed to adhere to the strict demands of the United States Department of Defense. However, with significantly increasing regulations, Squadra’s solutions provide assistance to organizations/entities around the world to maintain mandatory compliance with respect to the protection of sensitive data. Squadra’s DLP solutions have been purchased to satisfy compliance across verticals including; healthcare, finance, legal, etc. By deploying secRMM organizations can actively manage, secure, and audit all removable “plug-and-play” storage activity.
